Return & Shipping Policy Info

General Terms:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Artrack in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)
2. An Order can be returned within 7 days after delivery only if it is in unopened and in its original condition.
3. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded
4. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available to select locations for orders values exceeding Rs.1000 (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)

For orders under Rs. 1000 a shipping charge of Rs.90 will be applicable.

For locations where free shipping is currently unavailable kindly recheck the delivery charge in your cart during checkout.
