Gum Arabic is a classic natural binder for turning Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments (and other dry pigments) into beautiful, transparent color. Mix it to create watercolors, washes, stamping inks and calligraphy inks. The results are glossy, easy to brush or stamp, and they mix/clean up with water. Best on paper, wood, or any surface that won’t be washed.

• How to Use (Quick)

• Standard mix: Add dry gum to pigment at 1:4 (gum:pigment) by volume (adjust as desired).
• Add water slowly and mix until you reach the ink/paint consistency you like.
• You may also prepare a gum–water solution and store it in a cool place for later use.

Pearl Ex + calligraphy, illustration inks, watercolor effects, rubber stamping, decorative painting on paper & wood.
